SERVICE CALL & OUTDOOR HEATER CHECK-UP: $79.99 The Outdoor Heater Service Call / Diagnostic Inspection includes a technician coming to your location and performing an overall evaluation of the Heater and/or other related system equipment. This service is intended to provide you with an overall evaluation regarding the current heater system performance and any recommended repairs or new equipment in order to provide you with equipment that is working properly, operating efficiently, and providing sufficient heat for the area. The vital elements of each heater is checked including the control valve(s), regulator, gas connections, igniters, thermo-coupler, housing (post, patio base, wall mounts) and other related components. The service call/ inspection takes approximately a half-hour. A written estimate of what service and/or repairs are needed to the Heater(s) is provided. Minor adjustments may be performed during the check up (such as igniter adjustment or valve lubrication). The cost of replacement parts are not included in the price of the Heater Service call price. The Heater Service Call does not include cleaning or repairs, it is intended to provide the customer with an overall evaluation and information about the condition of the Heater and it's performance as well as any recommended Repairs.
